Since we've been harping on the topic of building a remote team this week… this edition of Shark Bites is packed full of helpful content that will help you outsource to a team of experts in no time flat.

This week, a whole smorgasbord of wins. So let's not waste any time and jump right in… 

  • Up first, a win from Jill Ashton using our Home Services Jackpot system. (It's barely a few weeks old and already people are using it to land clients). Woo-hoo!
  • Next, a small but mighty win from long-time Shark, Jacqueline Heath. Notice she's using our Roofer Roundup website theme to make fulfillment a breeze.
  • A handful of wins from Cody Weaver, who landed an RV repair company at $1,600 + $1,375 in monthly recurring. 
  • Dennis Matthijs writes in about a 6-month recurring revenue deal. That's the type of deals we like to see.
  • And last but certainly not least, Bill Stanley who had combined wins worth… $8,700! BOOM!!! indeed!

Now I hope you're starting to see why our group did nearly $150,000 in reported wins in just January and February alone. (My goal is to have us hit 7-figures in reported wins by the end of the year.) Great job everyone and thanks for reporting your wins!

This has become a cliche in our industry, but it is true: The best way to GET is to GIVE first. In other words, if you want to make more sales, you should lead with value.

(An even cornier way of saying this would be, the more you give, the more your pockets get big.)

But obviously it's not as simple as just giving away the farm. After all, give too much and your services will be devalued. And they'll be no reason for your prospects to pay you and turn into clients.

That's why Nick filmed this video a while back. It's about a prospecting model that is based on giving value upfront. And proving in advance that you can deliver the goods.
