Up first, some AI news. This time about the lawsuit between The New York Times and ChatGPT. Long story short, The New York Times is saying that ChatGPT infringes on its copyright.
While OpenAI claims that The New York Times intentionally used prompts not allowed by their terms of service to get these responses.
Who’s right?
Only time and the courts will tell.
