I have observed that agencies usually work more locally while serving brands across different states, countries, and regions. Therefore, they need to connect with local businesses. The easiest way to do that is to rank for the keywords directly relative to the services offered. 

Agencies can utilize search engine optimization (SEO) to rank higher for search terms that describe their service and highlight their expertise.

A good SEO strategy helps with creating a brand identity with more visibility. A prime benefit of this is that whenever a new brand opens up, they will choose you over your competitors simply because they find you first. 

Ranking well against your competitors and leading traffic to quality content that converts is extremely important in today’s business world. 

Display your positive reviews on all your online platforms.

When I look for anything online, I read reviews all over the internet. Like me, consumers have a habit of comparing reviews of all brands irrespective of whether they are providing a service or a product. 

Remember: while the collection of positive reviews is not technically a lead generation activity, the list of positive reviews does help generate qualified leads in a very significant way. 

We all know that we trust others’ opinions when mulling over big decisions. Positive reviews and the ratings of a digital marketing agency give it credibility and significantly affect our decision to choose to work with a business.

Apart from the positive reviews, make sure you also respond to and rectify any negative comments you receive. Resolving negative feedback is key to any successful agency operation.

You can also offer free webinars, courses, or e-books to generate and collect leads to come up with ideas that are directly related to your niche.
