In this video i'm going to explain how you build a team without having any income or customers. I want to share this because when I finally did this for myself, I was finally able to build a business.
Not only was my business able to run without me doing all of the work, but I was able to finally have some consistent cash flow that didn't rely on ME doing all of the work.
Now, it seems counter intuitive because giving up control can be so difficult, this is actually what held me back for a long time. I was one of those people who is guilty of thinking that there isn't a single person in the world who will run my business as well as I can, or take as good care of my customers as I will.
Boy was I wrong…. Those people not only exist, but they will help you take your business to the next level.
