So You convince someone to buy your product or service – but what happens next?
Did you collect the money yet? If not you could still lose this sale and one could even argue that this isn't technically a sale yet.
In this video I explain our onboarding process that we have honed through trial and error over the years.
And what I mean by that is i've been doing this digital thing for about 4 years now and have had a pretty good run.
My first year that I registered my business was a $100k year for me, and in my third year (age 30), I had my first million dollar year.
Keep in mind that the reason I say all of that is because I want to point out the elephant in the room.
We all know damn well that when hitting those types of goals, a wholeeeee lot of failure has to happen.
And believe me, fail I did.
My onboarding process caused me to lose out on countless deals for a long time.
And so when I finally figured out one of the big points of failure for me ( a solid onboarding process) , my business was changed.
I go over in detail the actual mechanics of it in this video.
And one of the big points of failure for me was figuring out a solid onboarding process.
I cover the little fragments that most don't think about when going through this process.
Why it's important to focus on one thing at a time, what those little details are that could still cost you the sale, and how to avoid them.
P.S
I know the pen on the whiteboard is light green and hard to see, I had no intention of recording this video when my team and I went through this exercise. But once we were done I realized it would be great to share with you, so please disregard the white board because what I explain verbally is whats important.
